Comparing myself to Nelson Mandela

Leadership the process of influencing others to enlist what they believed in. Leaders are made all around the world, who fight for a common good cause. They contribute others to fight for their rights. Two important leaders are Anne Hutchinson and Nelson Mandela. Anne Hutchinson the woman who fought for women rights and Nelson Mandela fought for his country Democracy. These leaders changed the way the world use to be.
After these people became leader they struggled to make affective their beliefs.  In this journey they had strengths and weaknesses. Both Anne Hutchinson and Nelson Mandela fought for what they believed in. They made sure that others heard them. With their strength, weaknesses came in their journey.  After both leaders were a threat to the state or country terrible things happened. Anne believed in women rights something the leaders did not agree with . Nelson was a former anti-activist against the leaders that ruled his country during this period of time. Anne Hutchinson was banned from her state Massachusetts, where as Nelson Mandela he was sentenced for life in his country.
Even though they had rough experience during their journey their beliefs were heard. I believed the one who achieved their objective more was Nelson Mandela than Anne Hutchinson. Nelson Mandela after prison kept on fighting for his beliefs and kept on accomplishing his role as a leader. Saving his country democracy, he became the first African President who was elected in a democratically way. He wanted to stop the increasing of repression and violence in his country. He was a anti- activist with the way his country was governed.
Deciding who to follow is a very hard decision. I am concerned that women had rights developed after Anne Hutchinson. I do believe I would follow Nelson Mandela. The democracy over the world needs to be save. Other countries still have dictators who with their violence still rule the country. I believe people have certain freedom and that we need to live in a democratic world. The democracy in the world have been decreasing since century pass.
In conclusion the leaders we have had or have today are a big part of who we are today. It’s important that leaders just keep standing out for what they or we believe is wrong. We humans have rights in this world. These two leaders impact the worlds point of view.

Prompt 7

I believe that the figure style of Anne Hutchinson contributes to a positive leadership. I state this because, I am she is  encouraging others and influencing them to what she believed is correct. Her as a woman believed we have certain rights. We don't need to be boss by men only, but women in general should be involved. Her ideas weren’t herd by the ministers and leaders of the state, she was expelled because, they thought she was a threat. So they kicked her out of MA., funded Rhode Island a place where women had rights and people had religious freedom. She had great followers that followed her off to Rhode Island. Which meant her as a leader was herd and what she stood up to became true and real. Women had rights!

Prompt 6

I do agree with this statement as a leader, it is better to be feared, than loved. If your loved your thoughts or ideas would not be expressed to the colony, town or country. In other words the leader or minister of the colony would not think my belief and leadership ideas are certainly true. If your feared by them leaders or ministers of your colony or town it means your ideas are being expressed and herd by others. I was feared by the leaders or ministers that I would make any religious ideas changes to my colony. I fought for the religious rights, I believe faith alone was enough in order to achieve Jesus salvation. This is why I was expelled and banned from Massachusetts. But, this just made me a great figure and influence to others. I influenced others to become leaders, after I myself became one.

About our faith or relationship to God. I believe in my own criticism of their moral and logistic concept of running this colony. The support and involved citizens I had just motivated me more.
